These terms and conditions govern access to, navigation of and use of the Alzzio platform, as well as the rights and obligations of users who use its services.

Alzzio connects you, but does not replace your agreements
Alzzio facilitates connections between companies and professionals, but does not act as a party to negotiations, contracts, collaborations or agreements that may be reached between users.
2. Purpose of the service
Alzzio is a digital platform designed to facilitate connections between companies, professionals and organizations interested in generating commercial opportunities, collaborations, strategic alliances, networking and business relationships.
Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable supplementary policies.
3. User registration
To access certain features, users must create an account and provide identifying, professional or business information.
The user guarantees that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, up to date and does not infringe third-party rights.
Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.
4. Company or professional profiles
Users may create or manage company or professional profiles containing public or semi-public information, such as name, description, sectors, services, collaboration goals, location, logo, cover image and other professional details.
The user is responsible for keeping their profile up to date and ensuring that the published information is accurate, lawful and appropriate for the platform’s professional environment.
5. Permitted use of the platform
Users may use Alzzio exclusively for legitimate purposes related to business, professional or commercial activities compatible with the purpose of the platform.
The user agrees to comply with applicable law, third-party rights, good faith, platform security and these conditions.
6. Prohibited conduct
It is expressly prohibited to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive or discriminatory activities, activities contrary to good faith or activities that may harm Alzzio, other users or third parties.
It is also prohibited to send spam, collect information from other users without authorization, use false identities, impersonate third parties, compromise security systems, automate abusive use or carry out any activity that may impair the proper operation of Alzzio.
7. Profiles and published content
Users are responsible for the content, text, images, descriptions, posts, messages and any other information they publish on the platform.
Alzzio may remove, restrict, hide or delete content that it considers contrary to applicable law, these terms, its internal policies or third-party rights.
8. Connection requests
The platform allows connection requests to be sent between registered users and companies. Acceptance or rejection of such requests depends solely on the recipient.
Alzzio does not guarantee that requests will receive a response or that collaborations, agreements, sales or business relationships will arise between users.
9. Messages and internal communications
Alzzio may allow messages to be exchanged between connected users or between users who meet certain access conditions, such as access to Premium features.
Users must use messaging professionally, respectfully and in accordance with the purpose of the platform. Sending unlawful, abusive, deceptive, bulk or unsolicited content is prohibited.
10. Visits, notifications and statistics
The platform may display profile visits, notifications, activity indicators, basic statistics and metrics related to connections, messages, visibility or account usage.
These metrics are provided for informational purposes and may depend on technical availability, privacy settings, account type or the selected time period.
11. Suggestions and compatibility
Alzzio may generate suggestions, match percentages or recommendations based on sectors, collaboration interests, preferences, profile activity and other available data.
These recommendations are for guidance only and do not guarantee commercial results, agreements, sales, collaborations or successful professional relationships.
12. Premium services
Certain features may be subject to Premium or paid plans, such as greater visibility, access to advanced features, messaging, statistics, compatibility tools or other benefits.
The features, prices, conditions, renewals and limitations of such services may be changed by Alzzio at any time, with prior notice where legally required.
13. Payments, billing and cancellation
Where paid services are available, the user must provide the information required to manage the purchase, payment, billing and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
The specific conditions for cancellation, renewal, refunds or interruption of Premium services will be stated during the purchase process or on the relevant platform pages.
14. Service availability
Alzzio makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform continuously available and operational.
However, it does not guarantee permanent service availability and may interrupt the service for maintenance, technical improvements, security incidents, updates or reasons beyond its control.
15. Intellectual and industrial property
All elements that make up the platform, including designs, software, source code, trademarks, logos, graphics, databases, content, structure and functionality, are owned by Alzzio S.L. or by third parties that have authorized their use.
Any reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication or exploitation without express written authorization is prohibited.
16. Licence for user content
The user retains ownership of the content they publish on the platform.
By publishing content on Alzzio, the user grants Alzzio a non-exclusive, royalty-free and limited licence, to the extent necessary to host, display, store, technically reproduce and manage such content as part of the normal operation of the service.
17. Limitation of liability
Alzzio acts exclusively as the provider of a technology platform for business networking.
Alzzio does not participate in agreements, negotiations, contracts, sales, service provision or business relationships that may arise between users.
Accordingly, Alzzio shall not be liable for any damage, loss, contractual breach, dispute or unmet expectation arising from relationships established between users.
18. Suspension or cancellation of accounts
Alzzio may temporarily suspend, restrict features or permanently cancel accounts that breach these terms, applicable law or platform policies, or that may compromise the security and proper operation of the service.
Cancellation may take place without prior notice in particularly serious situations, where legally required or where fraudulent or abusive use is detected.
19. Protection of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Alzzio’s Privacy Policy and applicable European and Spanish data protection legislation.
20. Changes to the terms
Alzzio may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, technical, organizational, commercial or functional changes.
Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page, unless a different date is specified.
21. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from access to or use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable law.
